We will check insurance coverage prior to your first session if you provide us with your information, otherwise, your insurance will be checked after the first session. Many insurance plans provide an out-of-network benefit with a higher copay We ask for payment in full at the first session unless your benefits have been determined in advance.
Legal Assessments need to be paid in full at the time of the appointment and we do not submit claims to insurance due to the increased time and effort involved in writing a legal assessment (we do not accept a reduced rate for legal assessments from either patient or insurance).
We are happy to submit claims on your behalf, however, all counseling fees are ultimately your responsibility and are between you and your insurance company. All session fees and copays need to be paid prior to the session or weekly by credit card authorization.
